Note: i. The following tenses do not have a passive form: Present Perfect
Continuous, Past Perfect Continuous, Future Continuous and Future Perfect
Continuous.

ii. The agent (doer) is not mentioned when it is obvious, unimportant or


unknown.

iii. By + the agent is used
