achieve a specific objective. Business Concern chooses the appropriate strategy as
per its strength, resources, and objective.

The strategy used by the Health care product services is CONCENTRATION

STRATEGY AND INTERNAL GROWTH STRATEGY
Concentration strategy creates new products to serve the existing market. This is
also termed product development. The soft drink custom its flavor from time to
time for developing its product quality.
A specialized training program could be implemented manufacturing and sales
force.
For manufacturing, the training should focus on modifying the existing product
and create a new product.
For training in the sale force, special emphasis could be made on the
communication of product value and negotiation.
