    Dear Charlton Howard PA team,

    I am a student from All Saints Catholic School and I am writing to request for the rights and privileges to use
    Charlton’s song “without you” and “selfish” for my short pre-production film that I am going to be making in
    the future. I am aiming to get this film done by November 2021 to use your music in my film would be a dream
