When it comes to writing a script you need to make sure that you have all

of the correct information available for the crew and actors to read so that
when it comes to reading and shooting the script then everyone knows
what they are doing and what they need to achieve by the end of the
filming day.

Scripts are usually set up in the way that the screen directions are on the
top of the main script and usually in brackets so that the actors do not get
confused with their lines and the directions for the camera crew so they
are evenly divided to make it easier for them to understand. For example
when it comes to the writing font that it is written in the actors lines are
usually put into bold lettering so that they know what they need to read
and the rest of the crews are in normal writing so that the actor does not
read out camera shots and screen directions.

To help the actors know when they need to speak it tells them their lines
and roles in the top hand corner next to the writing so they know that this
is there part that they need to read and when they need to stop so that
the camera is able to cut across to the other actors.

Screenplay is not only written to help the actors know what they need to
say but it also helps them keep ahead f schedule and make sure that they
are on time meaning that it also have a set screen time for how long they
should be spending on a scene but also when they need to move on and
what time each actor should arrive to help them work more quickly and
more efficiently.

Storyboards are used because it will help the audience and the
director understand how the scene should be going out and
what each scene should be looking like. This will hep the
actors, film crew and director know what they should all be
doing. It also gives a better understanding to the camera crew
in what shot they should be doing and where they need to
have the camera positioned to get the best shot available for
the director to approve it. These could also be used in a later
time after the film has been published some people may want
to go and look at how the film has been shot and what camera
angles have been used. This will give people a better
understanding on how much actually goes on behind the scene
and what the camera crew need to follow very closely to make
sure that all the camera shots add up and that everyone is
happy with how that certain scene has been developed and if
there has been any radical changes to the scene when it was
being shot.

Every single scene that has been shot in every movie has had
its own independent storyboard ton give all the people working
on that film the best understanding that they can get to make
the movie the best that they can.
