To Whom It May Concern:

If you want an example of a dedicated educator, look at Ronnie Sawyer. In the past
three years that I’ve known her, Ronnie has worked tirelessly for her students. This can
be seen from the time she’s spent as an English co-teacher in her Humanities class.
This challenging course requires tireless instruction, levels upon levels of
differentiation, and, of course, patience, guidance, and a caring demeanor. Ronnie has
exhibited all these traits, as well as a distinct love of the class during her time with
these students. As an English teacher, Ronnie is similarly tireless and strives to create
strong relationships with her students. Her classrooms are built upon a firm
understanding, where mutual respect is evident in every interaction. Ronnie’s
students are challenged to think deeper and work harder through this environment.

Ronnie has further challenged herself by taking on the role of National Honor Society
Co-Sponsor within the campus. Through her role in this 300+ student member
organization, Ronnie has mentored student officers as they develop into leaders, as
well as help organize major school-wide service projects each year. Within her time as
co-sponsor, Ronnie has helped plan and implement school-wide canned food drives
that netted donations of non-perishable food items in the thousands, as well as diaper
and baby supply drives to help provide for families in need. These events have had an
even stronger impact, as several have been held during the current pandemic. Ronnie
has ensured that our group has focused on collecting and donating items in particular
need during this difficult time.

Ronnie truly brings her expertise and instruction to all different levels of students
within a campus, and will be an asset to any school that she joins. If further
