Pilot Production Procedure

It simply means launching a very small production run (a few tens or hundreds
of pieces), to be made in exactly the same conditions as mass production:
Same materials ,same machinery, tools, jigs, and fixtures.

The following steps during pilot production must be followed.

1 Applying with same jute yarn to be used for bulk production.

2 Cutting size be the same as CFt\4 sample.

L 3 Body size measurement be the tolerance limit.

4 Jute yarn colour matching in the same pieces.

5 Body with gadget shape as per CFI\I sample.

6 Handle fitting with proper inside length & drop.

7 Hand Embroidery measurement be the tolerance limit.

8 Extra thread must be cut.

I Alljoints must be invisible from outside.

10 lf any major deviation occurs during pilot production , then it must be


solved with consultation of product development section & communicate with
buyer when necessary to get the mutual solution.

Procedure:
l.Cutting Jute yarn in specific measurement
2.Hand weaving in specific design
3. Handle attaching with Body & gadget
4.Hand embroidery design at front part
5.Labdl attaching with machine sewing

Find ings:
1.Body gadget fitting allowance within tolerance limit.
2.Hand embroidery designs position within tolerance limit,
I 3.Handle inside length & drop be within allowance limit.
4.AIl extra uncut jute thread be cleared.
5.All parts of one piece be colour matched.

Decision:
During bulk production, allthe above parameters must be followed strictly by line supervisor, line
