The documentary I have chosen to analyze for my Documentary Rhetorical Analysis Essay is

The White Slums of South Africa- Real Stories. If I were to analyze a different documentary I

would like to assess Street Children in the Philippines- DW Documentary or Bosnia’s Invisible

Children: Living in Dignity- DW Documentary. I have chosen to analyze this particular

documentary because the topic is very intriguing and provokes critical thinking. I have viewed

the entire document and failed to find a significant amount of factual statements and information

for the viewers. The documentary seems to rely primarily on opinions and emotions. For that

reason, I believe this documentary would be an ideal piece to examine for bias.
