Addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum
(KIM) of various schemes of IDFC Mutual Fund (the Schemes)
Change in Risk-o-meter of various schemes of IDFC Mutual Fund:
Pursuant to provisions of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF3/CIR/P/2020/197 dated October 5,
2020, investors are requested to note following changes in Risk-o-meter of the Schemes:

This addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM of the Schemes of the Fund, read with
the addenda.
