IS DEALTH PENALTY NECESSARY TO PREVENT SERIOUS CRIMES

My answer to that question is no. Because in some cases, even if the perpetrator has committed
murder,it can often be difficult to understand that the person has not been subjected to a
conspiracy theory. Therefore, such as death cannot be undone penalties??? should never be
mentioned.

Death is not the best punishment for criminals.Death is not the best way to reduce crime rates.
Beacuse the guilty person gets away with it instead of having the quilt of the crime he committed
with death. The best punishment, however,is the regret of one's own conscience. So he must live
and live wıth his own internal calculations and the burden of not being able to undo the mistake
he made.

Of course, this punishment of regret given to him may not look like a valid punishment in the
eyes of society. So there must be a different punishmet for a concrete change. For example, people
who commit crimes in prisons should be forced to participate in a supportive and innovative
support program to receive psychological support and to investigate the reasons for their crimes
and not to fall back on the same mistake during the time they leave or stay in prison.

Society should be a place where harmful individuals are not destroyed but regained to society
because life is shaped by our experiences and what we can do and what we do with these
experiences is important. If there is a penalty for death,it is impossible to talk about life or society.
