Quy trình vận chuyển hàng hóa theo điều kiện DAP:

- Step 1: Packing, marking, labeling (the Seller should appropriately pack, mark
and label the goods for shipment)
- Step 2: Loading onto collecting vehicle (the Seller should load the goods onto
the colleting vehicle at his own premises
- Step 3: Pre-forwarding (the Seller arrange the pre-forwarding of the goods from
his premises to the port of departure)
- Step 4: Export customs clearance (the Seller carry out the export customs
formalities within his country)
- Step 5: Loading onto the vessel (the Seller arrange the loading of the goods onto
the main means of transport at place of loading)
- Step 6: Main international carriage (the Seller arrange and pay for the main
carriage of the goods from the port of loading to the port of discharge
- Step 7: Unloading from the vessel (the Seller arrange and pay for the unloading
of the goods from the main means of transport at place of discharge)
 Depend on place of destination in place of destination (on board the vessel at
port of destination), the Seller doesn’t have to pay (and assume risk) for the
unloading (as under the former, rule, delivered ex ship) neither for the post-
forwarding
- Step 8: Post-forwarding (the Seller arrange the post-forwarding of the goods to
the final destination.
- Step 9: Import customs clearance (the Buyer should carry out the import
customs formalities within his own country)
- Step 10: Unloading from delivery vehicle (the Buyer unload the goods from the
delivering vehicle at his own premises
- B1: Đóng gói, đánh dấu và dán nhãn hàng hóa, người Bán thực hiện
- B2: Chất hàng lên xe thu gom, người Bán chất hàng lên xe thu gom tại cơ sở của
mình
- B3: Trước khi vận chuyển, người Bán thu xếp trước khi vận chuyển hàng hóa từ
cơ sở của mình đến cảng khởi hành
- B4: Làm thủ tục hải quan xuất khẩu, người Bán thực hiện thủ tục HQ xuất
khẩu ở trong nước
- B5: Xếp hàng lên tàu, người Bán sắp xếp việc xếp hàng lên phương tiện vận
chuyển tại nơi bốc hàng
- B6: Vận chuyển quốc tế, người bán sắp xếp và thanh toán cho việc vận chuyển
hàng hóa quốc tế từ cảng bốc hàng đến cảng dỡ hàng
- B7: Dỡ hàng từ tàu, người Bán sắp xếp và thanh toán cho việc dỡ hàng từ
phương tiện vận chuyển tại nơi dỡ hàng
- B8: Sau khi chuyển hàng hóa, người Bán sắp xếp cho việc chuyển hàng hóa đến
địa điểm cuối cùng
- B9: Thủ tục hải quan Nhập khẩu, người Mua thực hiện thủ tục hải quan nhập
khẩu trong nước của mình
- B10: Dỡ hàng từ xe giao hàng, người Mua tiến hành dỡ hàng từ xe giao hàng
xuống tại cơ sở của mình
