 To make sure the disputes are cleared in a smooth manner by coordinating with

all the functionaries.

 System Integration and maintenance projects, WiFi, DAS and IBS rollouts
projects.
 To Co-ordinate with WiFi, IBS Design Engineers, Field Engineers, Installation
teams, Other Project Managers and Management Officials. Develop project plan
and associated schedules to support the overall program level goals.
 Integration and customization. PO, SoW, Acceptance Test and Invoice follow up.
 Installation is as per QA/QC and maintenance of BTS, Master Units, Remote
Units, BBU, RRU.
 Handle all IBS related customer complaints and purpose RF/DAS solutions to
mitigate coverage, spillage and drop call issues. Providing shortage solution
(Repeater, FEMTO.)
 Financial reporting to the stake holders on the gap reduction.
 Maintain efficient and smooth working relationship with inline departments
including Site Acquisition, MSP, Operations and NRT.
 3rd party management and risk mitigations, communicating with MNOC and
Operations for smooth PATs and HO.
 Track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues
 Track project issues/risks and develop action/contingency plans until resolution.
 Coordinate with the Back haul, FNI, DWDM, GEPON team to ensure the
connectivity is available.
 Tracking from budget, scope, PAT, As-built and Invoice.
