    Iqama

    (Second call to Islamic prayer)

    Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar


    (Allah is the greatest.)

    Ash-hadu Alla ilaha illallah


    (I bear witness that there is no one worthy of worship except Allah.)

    Ash-hadu anna Muhamadan rasuulullah


    (I bear witness that Muhammad is Allah's Messenger.)

    Hayya 'alas Salaah


    (Come to the prayer.)

    Hayya 'alal Falah


    (Come to prosperity or success.)

    Qad qaamati Salaah, Qad qaamati Salaah


    (Prayer is to begin.)

    Allaahu Akbar, Allaahu Akbar


    (Allah is the greatest.)

    Laa ilaaha illallah


    (There is no god worthy of worship but Allah.)
