Treatment
• Analgesia

• Hydration

• METs (alpha blocker, calcium channel blocker,


antispasmodic agent)

• Uretheroscopy

• Lithotripsy
Prognosis and Complications

Prognosis depends on :

• Stone location

• Stone size

• Degree of obstruction

Complications that might arise :

• Obstruction

• Infections
