SUBJECT : Conduct of Decontamination to all Offices

DATE : March 26, 2021

1. Reference: Guidance of the Provincial Director, ISPPO during the staff

conference held at the Makatarungan Hall dated March 26, 2021.

2. In connection with the above reference, in order to prevent the further widespread
of COVID-19 as one of the health safety protocol you will conduct decontamination to all offices
and stations including ISMPFCs.

3. In this regard, you are directed to conduct decontamination of your offices/stations

twice (2) a week and submit after activity report (AAR) to this office or send it thru email address
isurppo@yahoo.com thereafter to avoid administrative sanctions.

4. For information, dissemination and strict compliance.
