As a senior amongst the alumni at Blue Ridge Technical and Community College attending the
Cyber Security AAS program, it would only be my keen desire to contact Miss Cecilia Schartiger
in efforts to fulfill the means of a referral by Miss Amber Butcher (BRCTC Intern Coordinator)
regarding the open Cybersecurity Apprenticeship (JOB ID: 370999BR) position at IBM. My
educational background, along with my professional work experience grants me an opportunity
to preset myself as a potential candidate.

In reference to my professional work history, I have had the pleasure of serving several
petroleum convenience giants such as Gas Mart LLC and Mid Atlantic Development LLC
through a role specifically articulated between workforce development and point of sale
management. My skills base resonates to a no level shy of training an employee force of 10 to
25 talented individuals, when in question of essential duty standards, technical POS training,
labor laws adherence, business systems infrastructure planning and implementation.
Academically, my course base knowledge allows me to practice an intermediate skillset
pertaining to, Networking+, Information/Cyber Security Fundamentals, Python, Linux software
environments, Microsoft Windows software environments, and IT Ethics. Some of my academic
and professional achievements consist of Deans list recognition and 2019 Chauffeur excellence
award. Personally, I believe no skill or academic level of excellence is complete without positive
personal traits. As an individual through my meticulous, organized, client eccentric mentality and
undiminishable work ethic I seek for an opportunity to prove myself as an overachiever.
With an associate in Cybersecurity and as little over 4 years of leadership and management
experience, I consider myself as an asset to the IBM business modo. In conclusion, may it be
professional work experience achieved over years of devotion to service or a doctorate in rocket
science, without true grit a human child would not even know the means of a walk. I personally
may not possess years of work experience nor a doctorate, one thing I can assure you is that if
it were not for true girt, I would not be walking today.
