stronger emotional connection with its customer, as well as from increased confidence that it will
stand behind its products and services.” Do you agree or disagree? Provide discussions or
examples to support your answer.

- I agree, if you and your business can provide a high quality service to your consumers,
you gain the trust from them since they now know that your business can cater to their
needs. An example here is Apple, when you ask someone what is a phone brand that sells
a high quality smartphone; the first thing that comes to mind is Apple. That’s the power
of having a good relationship with your consumers by providing a great service to them.
