Controlling stress

What should be done to control stress? Everyone have their own way to
control stress by hanging out with friends. Some people think that drugs can
release stress as well as control it. Others suppose that smoking is the best
way to erase stress out of their minds. For me, stress should be controlled
effectively by some of activities such as: relaxing more, doing physical
activities and rearranging time.
The more relaxation-time we have, the more stresses are release. For some
reasons, listening to music is a useful way to release stress. Some kind of non-
lyric musics are really beneficial such as: delta waves music, jazz music,
baroque music and so on. For instance, when we are under pressure, the first
thing to do is calm down and turn on a music above to listen. That will control
stress and make us feel better. Additionally, travelling is also a good method
to control stress. In this case, we can get acquaintance with new people, visit
new places. For instance, fresh air in beach increases oxygen in our blood,
gives us more energy. Sunshine is a mood elevator and can help people ward
off stress.
Besides, doing physical activities are really essential to release stress out of
our minds. Working out every day not only reduce stress but also boost our
energy for a new day. Moreover, swimming is a suitable way for anyone
enjoying the cool water. For instance, the pressure of water can not only
massage our body but also reduce stress.
Correspondingly, the rearrangement of time is also a useful method to ease
stress. In this case, we should spend less time for working as well as spend
more time to sleep. For example, a length of work in day for a staff officer is 8-
10 hours, if he takes a night shift or works more hours , it is really destructive.
Additionally, enough sleep can help our brain regenerate itself and reduce
stress.
Thanks to relaxing, doing physical activities, rearranging time, stress can
control easily. In brief, the best way to control stress is to combine all.
