Your Violation has been unintentional or you may have not realized that you were violating a safety
rules or a safe practice. We are bringing this to your attention because your safety. We hope that
you share this concern for yourself and your fellow workers, economy or convenience of either
management or our employee’s shall not take precedence over safety in our operation. You must
therefore enforce all the mandatory safety rules with immediate effect. Further negligence will
compel the company to terminate your contract. In addition, you will not be considered for our
future projects.

We implore you to take this seriously. CRAI has adopted health and safety rules to prevent injuries
and enable everyone who works for us to return home to their families in one piece at the end of
each day. When you don’t follow the rules, you endanger everyone in the workplace, including
yourself.
