TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. That the payment is CASH or MANAGERS CHECK.
2. That the price of the lot is Php ________________.
3. That the capital gain tax, documentary tax stamps and other related documentation fees
and expenses for the land transaction/transfer shall be in the account of the
BUYER SELLER.
4. That the above-mentioned real estate agent shall be entitled of FIVE PERCENT (5%)
commission based on the property owner’s price.
5. That I authorized the above agent to over a price or make a mark-up from the selling
price, and that I warrant/guarantee and shall give the exceeding amount to the property
owners price.
6. That in the event the same buyer previously registered with me by the above agent
bought the subject property on a later date, the said agent shall be entitled of just
compensation/commission.
That I warrant and guarantee of the above forementioned commission and/or mark-up, shall be
demandable and payable simultaneously to the authorized agent upon payment and signing of the
document between the SELLER and the BUYER.
