Talk Therapy – One of the age old traditions which we have used directly

through words, conversations, debates and discussions. Talking is the most


essential part of lives, it not only portrays out thoughts, emotions, state of
mind and views which long into or develop it in our day-to-day.

In Hindi we call it “Gappe” and in Gujarati we call it “Gabbata”. We love to


or have to talk. Regretfully, we live in a world of stress. This stress is as
dangerous as Corona Virus, the invisible enemy; who kills our productivity,
active mindset, and light moments of our lives.

This toxic stress escalates at an enormous rate which harms our routine, goals
and aspirations along with pouring tremendous amount of negativity. Believe
