HOUSING DESCRIPTION
The green strategy for competitive advantage in housing development in China
includes environmental resource conservation, resource efficient utilization and
energy efficient design, and good ventilation for residents' lives, to live in a way
friendly to the environment within a city.
Home developers have adopted new approaches and ecological strategies, to
obtain competitive advantages over traditional homes, some of the strategies
are:
Assume and adopt environmental social responsibility and thereby achieve a good
image. home developers can get cheap land and lower construction costs by
using cheaper green technologies.
Green homes are innovative and unique products, which means they have good
market opportunities.
The reduction of the operation and maintenance costs of ecological products.
The use of environmentally friendly industrialized components that are
increasingly used in urbanization.
In addition, adopting a green strategy can help developers secure financial
channels by demonstrating that green development can attract more investment
funds to help finance green housing.

TABLE ANALYSIS
The above table is about cleaner production in homes, for the development of this, environmental
aspects of energy, water and waste have been taken into account. The requirements for
implementation are simple and do not require a large investment seeing the benefits it will generate.
The benefits are established after analyzing each environmental aspect, the alternative and strategies to
be used. For the cost analysis, family income, the number of people living in the home and the cost-
benefit relationship were taken into account.
