One subject was wearing what appeared to be shorts alight colored hooded sweatshin, and white shoes with a black "Nika" lago. ‘The second subject lappeated to be wearing black pants and a black shit. The video footage depicted only one subject |wearing the shorts and the light colored hooded sweatshirt walking west on Saddiestone Drive at lapproximately 0327 hours. The subject walking west was carrying a pair of white shoes with a black [Nike logo. [The Defendant was transported to the Sheri’s Office and placed Into an interview room. While alone in the interview room, which was audio and video recording, the defendant's mother mentioned {something about video surveilance depicting the defendant carying his shoes. The defendant ladmitted he took his shoes off because his feet hurt. [The victim was located deceased on the south end of a retention pond, located just to the east of the \cul-de-sac of Saddlestone Drive. The viciim appeared to have significant injury to her head and other Irauma and was wearing black pants with a black shirt. It should be noted, the defendants residence is located approximately .3 miles from the location where the vietim was discovered, whioh ie consistent | |with the timeline established from the video surveilance. 'A search warrant was executed on the defendants residence, where several tems of evidentiary value | |were located within the defendant's bedroom which were consistent with clothing observed in the laforementioned video surveillance.
