Our Engineering Apprenticeship could be the path for you!


What does the programme involve?
3-year apprenticeship including an 8 month-full time CAA Part-6 Category A programme
provided by Resource Group, with practical training based at their facility at Cotswold Airport,
Gloucestershire. Plus, on the job training in an actual maintenance environment with our team in
Bournemouth to build on practical skills.

Working towards a globally recognised industry qualification to equip you with all the skills needed
to maintain aircraft. On successful completion of your apprenticeship, you can expect to achieve
a CAA Part-66 Category A license as well as a City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Aerospace and
Aviation Engineering, a City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in On-Aircraft Maintenance – Civil Aircraft
Mechanical and a City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Aviation Maintenance

Fully supported throughout your apprenticeship with a competitive apprentice salary,


accommodation provided whilst training away from our Bournemouth base, a daily subsistence
allowance, one to one mentoring and a start up tool kit to get you off to the best start.

What do we need from you?


Passion for our industry is a must, experience within engineering or aviation would be great to see.
A minimum of five GCSEs (A-C or 9-4) or equivalent including English, Maths and Science.
In the first year of the apprenticeship there will be training based at Cotswold Airport, therefore
must be prepared to live and train away from home.
You may be required to complete a CRB check.
