CIRCULAR

ATTENTION ALL HOSPITAL EMPLOYEES

It is informed to all Hospital Employees that their service contract is being expired
on 30th June, 2015. They are therefore, asked to submit fresh service contract form
for further period of one year for renewal of their contract to the Manager, H.R.
Department at the earliest. Forms can be obtained from H.R. Department during
03:00 to 08:00 p.m.
