`The social problem of poverty

Poverty is a social condition in which an individual cannot provide himself

and his family with minimal material means.
It can be an absolute poverty and a relative poverty, between these two forms there
are transitive structural forms.
Poverty is a widespread problem in Romania, and its causes are:
 Social inequality
 Inefficient economic structure with a lot of bureaucracy and economic
activities not adapted to economic and social progress
 Epidemics that block economic activity and implicitly trade relations
The people affected are even the country's population and its children who
cannot have a casual life and education because they can’t afford one.
When the poverty rate increases in a community, crime rate also increases
meanwhile the education level is plummeting slowly but continuously decreasing.
This major problem has a rather large effect on the individual which leads to a
diminish, as in the parental rights of a family.
Poverty can have different effects from one person to another thus leading
the individual into depression or leading to illegal methods of trying to get out of
poverty.
This problem becomes more serious with each passing day due to the community
unable to find a solution to be better.
The state has an obligation to citizens to help them in crisis situations, but this can
lead to an increased unemployment rate if not applied properly.
The best measures that could be taken regarding the problem are first of all
starting by raising the performance of the educational system, and secondly by
helping the needy families with a help that contributes to the progress towards a
decent life. Ghjk jhgfd
In conclusion, poverty is a serious social problem that the state must deal
with carefully, to research the optimal solution to reduce the poverty rate in the
country.
