GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. The mode of the competition will be strictly online

2. Mode for online rounds will be informed later via separate email along with specific guidelines.

3. Soft copy of memorials has to be sent at nmc@sharda.ac.in latest by 9th March, 2021, the mail
along with the soft copy of memorial should have subject name as: Team Code and your
college name. For eg, if your team code is TC – 01 and name of your college is xxx then the
subject for the mail with memorials should be: “TC – 01, xxx” [The teams who have
registered last year use your updated/new team code in memorials and mail].

4. The memorial should be in both pdf and word format from both petitioner and respondent.

5. The name of pdf and word file of your memorial should be your team code and the side from
which the memorial is. for ex, If your team code is TC – 01 then the name be memorial from
petitioner should be: TC-01.P and the name of your memorial from the side of respondent
should be: TC-01.R.

6. There will not be any researcher’s test.

7. Compendium is totally optional

8. Any team who is willing to send compendium, kindly note:

a. Compendium should be sent via email to nmc@sharda.ac.in

b. The last date for sending compendium shall be 15th March, 2021

c. The compendium should be sent in a single file in pdf format i.e for both the petitioner and
respondents in one single file.

d. Screen sharing for compendium will not be allowed during the rounds.

9. For other guidelines regarding memorial please mail us at nmc@sharda.ac.in or contact the
organizing committee. (Please use your team codes for further communication with us).
10. No change in team composition shall be entertained at any cost now.

11. No request for any kind of refunds shall be entertained at any cost.

12. Please strictly adhere to the above-mentioned guidelines.

[Note – Hard copy of memorials is not required.]
