To Whom it May Concern,

I am writing in support of Jaden Arvelo for job opportunities. Jaden is a student at El Capitan
High School and I had the pleasure of supporting him senior year. Jaden is a hardworking and a
trustworthy student who is a pleasure to have in class.

Jaden has the goal of attending college to study to become an Electrician and there is no doubt
in my mind he will achieve his goal. Jaden has worked diligently at school to earn and maintain a
GPA of 3.6. This is a testament to his character, he is disciplined and bright. Jaden is a hard
working, great communicator & reliable person. I think one skill that will help him be successful
in life is the fact that he will ask for clarification from his teachers if he is unclear about
instruction. He works very well in groups, he always does more than his share of work. Jaden has
been very active in high school and can balance work and school easily.

Jaden participated in Zoom class and continued to do well academically. Jaden wants to attend
college so that he can create a stable and successful life, there is no doubt in my mind that he will
achieve this goal. It is without hesitation that I recommend Jaden. He is a student that our
community should support in achieving his goals as he will make a difference.
