PROPOSAL LETTER

Dear Mr. Eng Wei

Hereby in this letter PT. Raisindo Jasatama Mandiri would like to make propose to Maximus
Entreprise in regards of supplying and trading coal to fulfill Philippines market. Furthermore we
could give further information about the potential business of coal as follows;

 Freight on Board (FOB vessel) for Coal is USD 65-67/Ton

 Loading Port: Kalimantan (Further details of port will be informed once we received a
request order)
 The specs of coal that we intended to trade is:
- GAR : 42-44%
- Calories : 5600-5800 Kcal.
- Supply power each month : 50.000-70.000 Tons.

 To further growing the partnership towards prosperity between PT. Raisindo Jasatama
Mandiri, with Maximus Enterprise (Mr. Ong Eng Wei) hereby we will initiate a commitment
fee for Maximus Enterprise as mentioned in our previous letter when meeting with Mr. Sin
Hoe Ong & Mr. Eng Wei in Singapore .

We hope to hear further response regarding this cooperation proposal for fulfilling coal requisition in
Philippine and hopefully we could receive a request order for the coal soon sir.
