Collaboration

Collaboration is essential to success in any work, even in the education we learn from each
other when we collaborate. During this teaching practice, I with many people Dr.Neil, MST,
.and my classmate

First of all, I collaborate with Dr.Neil. Before we start our TP, he models the detailed lesson
plan, and he told us who our MCT is. During the TP, I provide hem MST's schedule then
Dr.Nile selects the observation time according to the program. Also, when something
.changes in the schedule, like the time of class, I directly confirm hem

Secondly, I also collaborate with my MST. Ms.Michelle was very helped full. Before I have my
first class, she explains how to use the Microsoft teams tool, and she asks me to do one
activity in her lesson. When I plan for my class, I share with my activities if they in the
student's level. After each class, I have feedback from her, which helps me improve my other
.class

Lastly, my classmates are collaborating. We have a Whatsapp group, and we share our idea
and resources. Also, when someone difficult or does not understand, we clarify and support
.them
