Week 1

This is my first teaching online practice. So, this week I observed my teacher, and I wrote a
note about how she teaches, strategies, and how to use the teams tools. My MST, Ms.
Michelle, is welcoming my questions. She provides me the student's level. When she talks
about level, she talked about the whole class. For example, she said grade 3-4 are the high
level and 3-5 in between, and 3-6 are the lowest. So I think in each class the student's levels
.are close to each other

Week 2

I had a zoom meeting with Ms. Michelle during break time. She explains to me how to use
the team's tool. When I prepared for my first observation back to my MST to be sure if I am
going in the right way, her feedback was helpful. On Tuesday was my observation with Dr.
Neil. I am happy to do my class for the first time in this way. Everything goes as I planned. I
.have done on time, I engaged my student, and I don’t have any technical issues

Week 3

My MST has two students teacher in her class. This week Aysha will take all cover all this
week. My MCT reminded me that my second observation would be this week, so I ask Ms.
Michelle to have class this week. She then asks me to talk with Aysha to arrange with her.
After that, I bake to contact Dr. Nail to tell them that I can have class on Tuesday. I sent to
hem my lesson plan two days before my lesson. He likes my lesson, and he told me that he
.would not observe me anymore

Week 4

Also, this week was covered by Aysha, I have attended her classes. I have learned from her
new strategy. Also on Wednesday, we had Education Students’ Research Conference In in
our college. Many sections discussed different topics related to education, I learn a lot from
.them. On Thursday, Aysha teaches all the lessons

Week 5

This week, I teak my MST's schedule. I taught all the lessons, and after each lesson, I
received feedback from my MST. It was review week because it the last week of this
semester. I enjoy doing the class. It was easy to prepare for the lesson, and I enjoy making
the games and the activity. Online learning is Easier than face-to-face class for prepare the
lesson. It doesn't take a long time. This week was like practice for me to be ready for the first
.week after the holida

Week 6

This week is the last week I and MST decide to do the four observations this week. And I feel
I am ready for that. My MST asked me to decide about what I am going to touch them. After
that, we discuss everything to gather, and I share with her my ideas. I had her feedback
before my lesson. Finally, I finch my classes without any problem, and I am happy about my
.progress
