Personal Statement

1) Describe an example of your leadership experience in which you have positively influenced

others, helped resolve disputes, or contributed to group efforts over time.

The example of leadership I have is a demanding one and a nice act. My exprine experience with it

is in the after school programs I was in and lead two different clubs as a help and the representative

of the Assets program and is an experience that I've had and felt like a real leading experience and

was given lots of responsibilities too that person who lead, due to the fact that we were given

projects and events to set up.

2) Every person has a creative side, and it can be expressed in many ways: problem solving,

original and innovative thinking, and artistically, to name a few. Describe how you express your

creative side.

My leadership skills gave me creativity, able to make decisions on my own and how to get people's

action to let themselves be led. My area is to think in stuff decisions and would find ways for

people to be happy, hard to have everyone on bored and agree on the same thing. How I express it

is in work, writing, drawing, or making something.

3) What would you say is your greatest talent or skill? How have you developed and demonstrated

that talent over time?

My talent would be butting of an act and smooth talking to people or making friends to have a

benefit because I think it's needed but the experience comes from trying to be bold and confident to

make friends or have a way around something when needing to speak up.

4) Describe the most significant challenge you have faced and the steps you have taken to

overcome this challenge. How has this challenge affected your academic achievement

A challenge I had to overcome was to step out of my comfort zone and become a new person. The

step I took was joining and being a part of things, attending events and asking questions, very

simple things that built up over the years which definitely took time to reach that point.

5) Think about an academic subject that inspires you. Describe how you have furthered this

interest inside and/or outside of the classroom.

The subject that inspired me the most in a classroom resting was art because being an artist takes

time and is not something that happens over night. The idea of being creative and making a piece

for the mind different from the other, it's an area where you can be creative and something that

helped me outside of the classroom.
