but first what is it? what is the learning problems ?

Andres: (Begins to move as in a conference from one side of the stage to another)
This holiday is celebrated happily, and although it occurs on dates close to All Saints
Day, and All Souls Day.

Santiago: The festival that became the Day of the Dead, fell on the ninth day of the
month of the Aztec solar calendar, near the beginning of August, and was celebrated
for a full month. The festivities were presided by the god Mictecacihuat the "Lady of
death" (currently corresponds to "La Catrina") and her husband "The Lord of the
Underworld", Mictlantecuhtli. The festivities were dedicated to the celebration of
children and the lives of deceased relatives.

Pedro: When the Spanish conquerors arrived in America in the 15th century, they
were terrified by the pagan practices of the natives, and in an attempt to convert the
Native Americans to Catholicism they moved the festival towards the dates at the
beginning of November so that coincide with the Catholic holidays of All Saints and
All Souls Day.

Second stop: Role - Play

Characters of the rolplay :

Lord of Death (Mictlantecuhtli) -
Wax Man (Life) -
Alebrijes (guides / spiritual) -
Alebrije: (enters the cheerful alebrije showing the world of the dead) The kingdom of
the dead or underworld, known as Mictlan, is ruled by the "Lord of the Underworld",
Mictlantecuhtli, and by his wife, Mictecacihuatl (points to the dance group) and
guarded by us the alebrijes but above all life is given by the candle Maker.

Candle Maker: (Candle Maker enters like a cheerful man)

hahaha oh little alebrije that is not only what is in the world of the dead, made in the
world of the living there are all kinds of celebrations and food, such as the bread of
the dead or the evening dinner where the whole family gather to honor their
ancestors, but there is also the great offering where everyone comes together as
one family and visits the cemetery to leave their offerings, all beautiful hahaha.

Lord of Death: (enters the scene as a man with a believed personality, cold, vain,
calculating) is my part! get out of my kingdom! (look at the public) JA you are still
here, (take a candle) you must know what death is all from the beginning and the
origin of this joyful day is not until the time of the natives of Mesoamerica,
civilizations like the Aztecs, Maya. The rituals that are celebrated the lives of the
ancestors were recorded by these civilizations for at least the last 3,000 years and
gave rise to this day (laughs) now to collect more souls (the candle blows and a loud
shout is heard in the dark )

Third stop: Dance

Nathaly
Marialejandra
Lorena

Dialogues

Maria Alejandra: on this day lithographs are sung (also frequently called "skulls"),
which consist of verses where Catrina (death) jokes with real-life characters, hinting
at some peculiar characteristic of the person in question, and ending with phrases
where it is exposed to be taken to the grave:
Nathaly: Every year, hydrochlorides pay tribute to José Guadalupe Posada, who
created the Catrina through the Skull Festival. There you will find many cultural and
gastronomic activities. But the best is the parade, where people dress up and walk
next to giant skulls in floats.

Lorena: In addition to offerings full of cempasuchil, the island of Janitzio celebrates

the Day of the Dead with dances and horseback riding. But probably the most
special tradition is the Dance of the Fishermen, where butterfly nets are thrown into
the lake, from illuminated boats. This will remind the souls of those who left.
