1) Disconnect the wheel’s USB cable, as well as the pedal set cable.
2) Unscrew the 7 screws located on the lower cover
= 5 black screws in the upper section + 2 silver screws in the lower section

3) Completely remove the lower cover (taking care to detach the USB cable connector and the pedal set
connector from the cover).
4) Disconnect the different white connectors from the old PCB (making a note of their old positions).
5) Unscrew the 2 silver screws holding the power connector’s small PCB in place.

6) Also unscrew the 3 cross-head screws located on the old main PCB.
7) Unsolder these 6 cables and resolder them to the new PCB, taking care to respect their positions.
8) On the old small PCB, unsolder the large black cable connected to the ground (on the steel plate).
9) Resolder this cable (as well as the separate small black cable) to the new PCB, in the same locations.
You will end up with: 1 red cable on the left (which is already soldered) /
3 black cables on the right (1 of which is already soldered)
10) Screw the two PCBs back in place, reconnect the small white connectors to the new PCB, and then
remount the wheel's lower cover.

Notes regarding reassembly:
• To avoid pinching the cables: position the cables and the green ring underneath the PCB when
reconnecting the fan’s connector to the PCB.

1) If this has not already been done, install the wheel's Force Feedback drivers on your PC:

2) Connect your wheel, extract the compressed file, and then launch the "TRSWheel_Calibration" file.
4) Turn the wheel completely to the left, until you feel its physical stop.
Next, turn the wheel 10° to the right, so that it is perfectly horizontal (as shown below). Then, press the "X"
button on your wheel.

5) Position the wheel in its completely centered position, by making one and a half full turns to the right.
Then, press the "X" button on your wheel.
6) Turn the wheel completely to the right, until you feel its physical stop.
Next, turn the wheel 10° to the left, so that it is perfectly horizontal (as shown below). Then, press the "X"
button on your wheel.
Once this procedure is complete, the wheel will turn slightly to the left on its own.
