I believe that if Jack had the intention to steal things he wouldn’t wait for 6 months to do
it. Taking into consideration that Jack was described as a nice guy with a rough past
doesn’t mean that he stole something and his co-workers should not take judge that. Also,
all the problems started when the co-workers found his record.
Susan also stated that Jack seemed defensive and stated that he seemed anxious, but I
thing everybody gets anxious when they feel like their well-being is put at risk.
2. Susan should not fire him. We should function on a basis of inncocent until proven
guilty. If the employees have such big trust issues, the environment is surely toxic and
other problems will appear even if this one is solved.
