Business Report.

Executive Summary.
We did this meeting because we had to evaluate the Olivier behaviour inside of
organisation because this topic affect the environment of the company and is important
keep a good relationships inside the company.

Introduction.
-. Olivier crashed his company car.
-. Olivier is the sales representative of the company that more spends money in his
customers.
-. Olivier has still not introduce Todd to biggest buyers.
-. Olivier ignore Todd’s phone messages and do not attend to many important meetings.
-. Olivier just sent the last year five sales report and should be one sales report per month.

Findings.
This is some proposals for give them solution to the conflicts with Olivier.
-. Is important clarify the situation for take a decision, because we do not have enough
evidence, for this reason we will contact with the company insurance and if the company
insurance shows us that Olivier drove drunk, Olvier will pay the damages of the car.
-. We take the decision of the take them to all the sales representatives a budget of $300 €
and if somebody needs more money, they will have to send an mail explain why need more
money.
-. We will create an annual big meeting between the biggest buyers and our Marketing
Manager.
-. We have decided that Olivier will have to report with me (Charles Holden), because the
relation with Todd is not good.
