Business Report.

Executive Summary.
We arranged this meeting because we need evaluate Olivier’s behaviour (Top Salesman)
and the conflict between Olivier, Marketing Manager Todd Foster and Production Manager
Jacques Picard also we will try find a good solution for the conflict between the parts.

Introduction.
This report will look at:
1-. Olivier crashed his company car.
2-. Olivier spends more money on his clients that anyone else.
3-. Olivier has still not introduced Todd to the biggest buyers.
4-. Olivier ignores Todd’s messages and does not attend many important meetings.
5-. Olivier just sent five sales reports las year, but he should send one sales report per
month.
6-. He had a big problem with Production manager Jacques Picard.

Findings.
1-. It is important to clarify the situation before making decisions, because we do not have
enough evidence. For this reason, we will contact the insurance company and if the
insurance company shows us that Olivier drove while being drunk, Olivier will have to pay
forcar repairs.
2-. We have decided to give all the sales representatives a budget of $300 €. If somebody
needs more money, they will have to send an email explaining why they need more money.
3-. We will plan a big anual meeting with our customers for all the customesrs knew us.
4-. We have decided that Olivier will have to report to me (Charles Holden), because his
relationship with Todd is not good.
5-. I will hire a secretary for Olivier and she will help him to realice the sales report.
6-. I will have a meeting with Olivier and Jack for achieve an agreement between thw two
parts.
Conclusion:
Olivier will have to show us that he wants to improve his behaviour and attitude toward all
members of the company. He will have a three month probationary period.

Recomendations:
Clarify the position to each person in the company.
