Leadership and Planning
● Residential Life Assistant (RLA) at NCSSM
○ Acts as the voice between admin and students
○ Creates a comfortable environment for both juniors and seniors on and off hall.

○ Enforce Student Handbook, and new COVID-19 Handbook to ensure our safety.

○ 9th grade Representative and 10th grade Representative.

○ Utilized Photoshop to create and design pages.

● Worked with my co-RLAs to plan Hall Events, make decorations, etc.
● Collaborated with yearbook editors to push completion of the yearbook.
● Partnered up to place two years in a row in Science Olympiad, Mission Possible.
● Communicated with the student body to improve the school environment.
● Kept frequent communication between me and my mentor in order to follow our project closely.
