ASEXUAL PROPAGATION

Time Allotment: ( 15 minutes actual performance)

Interview: 5 minutes
Open for: Open Grade 4, 5, 6

 Orientation of the coaches/judges is done before the Demo starts.

 Coaches shall be the judges BUT shall not rate his/her own contestant
 Highest Rating is 95% and the lowest rating will be 80 %
 All the 3 asexual propagation techniques (Marcotting, Budding, and Grafting) will be done by each pair.
 Communication Skills (English) will be done separately after the Demonstration.
 Breaking of TIES based on the speed in the demo.
 There will be 1 judge coming from the outside (Department of Agriculture)
Marcotting – Grade 4
Budding &Grafting – Grade 6
Wo contestents will work together.
