RENT AGREEMENT

THIS DEED OF RESIDENTIAL AGREEMENT IS MADE AND EXECUTED AT


BANGALORE ON THIS DAY FIFTEEN DAY OF JANUARY 2021(15/01/2021), BY AND

WITNESS AS FOLLOWS:
Whereas the owner is the sole and absolute owner of the schedule premises, whereas the Tenant
has approached the owner to let out the schedule premises on rental basis, and the owner agrees
to let out the same under the following terms and conditions:
1. DURATION: The duration of the tenancy period shall be for period of 11 months
commencing from 15/1//2021 the tenancy period can be renewed or extended by
mutually consent of both parties with enhancement of mutual agreed amount 5% increase
in the existing rent.
2. RENT: The Tenant shall pay monthly rent payable by the Lessee to the Lessor for the
schedule property shall be 14,000/-(Rupees Fourteen thousand only) this amount shall be
paid every month within 10th working day of subsequent month.
3. DEPOSIT: The Lessee has paid a sum of Rs.60, 000/-(Rupees sixty thousand only) as
security deposit. The same amount shall be refundable by the Lessor without any interest
at the time of vacating House.
4. ELECTRICITY CHARGES: The lessee shall pay the Electricity charges to the direct
concerned department as per monthly bill.
5. TERMINATION OF THE LEASE: Giving ONE MONTH NOTICE in writing may
terminate the lease by either side after one month prior notice.
6. INTERNAL MAINTENANCE: The Lessee shall maintain the Schedule property in a
state of good order and condition and shall not cause any damage of disfigurement to the
schedule property there in except normal wear and tear.
7. LIABLE FOR DAMAGES: It is agreed that any damages caused by the Lessee beyond
normal wear and tear in the schedule property shall be made good by the Lessee promptly
or damages materials cost will be deducted from the deposit amount.
8. USE: The schedule Property shall be used by the Lessee for Residential purpose only.
9. ADDITIONS AND ALTRATIONS: The Lessee shall not make any additions or
alterations in the schedule premises without the written permission from the Lessor.

Sector 1,HSR Layout,Bangalore-560102 consisting of 1 bedroom hall, Kitchen, attached toilet
and common bathroom and toilet.
