2. Payment terms
Option 1
1) 30% non-refundable deposit to be paid by T/T within 14 days upon signing of contract by the buyer.
2) 70% of ACTUAL PRICE (including packing, shipping etc.) by irrevocable and confirmed Letter of Credit at sight against presentation of
shipping documents in favor of beneficiary. The letter of credit to be established 60 days before shipment.
Option 2
By T/T, 80% deposit upon with 14 days upon signing of contract, 20% balance before shipment.
3. Warranty
The warranty is only for Sr No #16 blades & Sr No #17 Hubs, 12 months after done the commission, or 18 months after shipment whichever
comes earlier.
1) Kamome will not guarantee hub and spare blade in case of not supervised by engineer from Kamome or Kamome appointed agent such as
Daikai during retrofit commissioning.
2) Kamome will not guarantee hub and spare blade in case of using inappropriate purposes.
3) Kamome will not guarantee hub and spare blade in case of not using Kamome's genuine spare parts for hub and blade assembly.
4) Kamome will not guarantee the defect occurred by external factor.
