 Coaches will be responsible for calling parents if practice is to be cancelled due to weather.
 Cancellations for practices will NOT be posted on our information outlets. Exception, when fields are deemed
unplayable, MPPR will notify.
 On GAME DAYS, MPPR will determine playability of games. It is the responsibility of parents and coaches to
look at the weather outlets above to determine if games will be played.

COVID Guidelines
Full list of guidelines presented to parents through email at beginning of the season. Guidelines are subject to change at any
time. Participants will be notified should changes occur.
 Face Masks: Must be worn by all players, coaches, referees, spectators, and staff.
 Spectator Limit: 4 per player/coach.
 Social Distancing: Family groups and spectators should maintain a 6ft distance from groups outside
their immediate household.
 NO sunflower seeds or gum.
 NO team seating. All players should bring own chairs if needed.
