In the last year in the world lives were lost due to a

pandemic, the number of people suffering from the
COVID-19 virus is uncontrollable, in our region there
are 21 785 cases and 1579 deaths at the moment. The
Luis Heysen Inchishategui Hospital is one of the busiest
health centers in our area, but currently it does not have
the minimum conditions to care for and safeguard
patients, it has a large area, it is 4 stories high, it has an
entrance vehicular and pedestrian, the lobby does not
have the correct capacity, it needs a correct arrangement
of the emergency stairs, as minimal changes it would
expand the lobbies, order the entrances, add more floors
to house more patients, and propose more elevators for
their good functioning.
