Job Responsibilities:

• SPC Plotting with CP CPK calculation at critical process stages.

• Rework & Rejection root cause analysis with production & supporting
departments team members & provide them action plans to eliminate
problems by using 7QC tools & other quality tools.
• POKA YOKE implementation wherever applicable.
• Knowledge of SMT manufacturing process & machines like Paste
softener, Paste Printer, Pick & Place (Chip Mounter), Reflow soldering,
AOI.
• Knowledge of Through-hole component soldering machine like Wave
Soldering, Selective Soldering, Panel Separator, ICT.
• Involvement of Simulation activities of product & Process validation.
• Job set up verification through IPC-601 standard specifications &
Master samples.
• Daily rejection report preparation & demand action plans with concern
departments & present report to the seniors.
• Ensure the Quality of electronics component through monitoring &
controlling of storage temperature & humidity as per requirements.
• Basic knowledge of IATF 16949, FMEA, PQCS, SPC, PDCA,
DMAIC.
• Process monitoring through conducting daily audits using documents
like PQCT, Poka Yoke verification, Tool jigs fixture & machine check
sheets.
