    Dear Madam,

    PT. SURYA ELECTRONIC

    I am writing this letter to lodge a complaint about a product I purchased recently. I bought a
    refrigerator with serial number no. 1234,567 and product model no. 9876.432 from one of your
    outlets at Jalan Dirgantara, no. 17, Metro, Surabaya.

    Product is not working properly. The water spinner cannot move and when operating the
    machine gets hot very quickly. I have submitted a complaint to your customer service center, but
    no response or action has been taken until now.

    I have been a customer of your outlet for a long time, but this incident made me disappointed
    with the service you provided. Therefore, I ask you to take action to solve this problem as early
    as possible. I attach a copy of the bill and a photo of the product.
