Way Switches WE S4 and WE S5 To prevent the forque switches S1 and S2 deing activated the way switches $4 and S5 are always set between the settings of Stand S2. Checking or re-setting the position ‘of switches S4 and SS should be carried out es follows: Switch off power to the R.O. Unit. Cam position for the valve to be full open. 40. Adjust the cams as follows: Oa. Free the lock nut on the shaft, do not take it off 406, Slacken the milled nut to allow the cams to move. {Oe Position the cams for the inner switch as shown below and hand tighten the milled nut. 44, Re-engage the manual contro} and turn the hand wheel CLOCKWISE until resistance is felt then stop. | 42. Re-engage the manual control and turn the hand wheel ANTI-CLOCKWISE unt! the pointer has moved towards the open positicn by (mm. 44, Hold the inner cams in their pre-set position while vary carefully releaseing the milled nut and position the cams on the outer switch.
