Note:
 These guidelines are for seating arrangements of candidates in one Room. In case of Test Hall or Room having more or less
candidates, same pattern / guidelines be used with adjustments.
 COVID-19 Instructions must be displayed in each Test Room / Hall at appropriate place e.g. entrance etc.
 Wall Clock be placed in front so that each candidate can see it while sitting at his / her seat.
 Proper lighting, heating & air and ventilation arrangements be ensured. Factors including test timings, weather and students with
weak eyesight must be given due consideration.
 There should be no disturbance in Test Rooms / Halls. Internal factors including noises due to electronic gadgets (fans) and
noises due to external factors must be kept in mind.
 Candidates must not be allowed to bring any material or take out material to / from Test Room / Hall.
