Time constraint refers to the limitati ons on the start and end ti mes of a project.
The foundati on of project management involves adaptati on. Projects are enti rely
resource dependent and when any component in a project is lacking, it’s
considered a “constraint.” To complete a project in a ti mely fashion, within budget
and as needed, project management constraints must be addressed before they

3. Why prioriti zati on is necessary?

think of it this way. Everybody has things that need to be done. Oft en,
people keep track everything that they have to do by creati ng a list. While, a list
can be eff ecti ve to see a bird’s eye view of you need to take those items and fi gure
out what you need to focus on now in order to get things done, work effi ciently,
and save ti me and energy.
as humans, there is so much that we desire to accomplish in our personal and work
lives. For that reason, we must decide which goals to tackle first. To prioritize how goals should
be categorized, you need to first list all of your goals. For each goal, decide how long you would
like to spend on it, and when you would like to achieve them it.
