PNP personnel)

1. That on or about 1:00 in the afternoon of December 14, 2020, The

Tactical PNCOs of the Regional Training Center 9 under the direct supervision of
PLTCOL EDUARDO L DANGUECAN, JR, Acting Chief, conducted the Handcuffing/
Arresting Skills Techniques to the members of the PSBRC Class 2020-02
SIGLAKAS (Alpha to Charlie). A graded practical exercise is being conducted to the
police trainees on their skills in arresting techniques on different scenarios to
evaluate their performance and improve their capability to respond in any given
situation. Held at RTC9, Camp Felicisimo T Marcos, Pasonanca, Zamboanga City.
Activity ended 3:00 in the afternoon of same date with fruitful result.
