JSEAsy - Add a New Customer

Customer details are required for JSEA Jobs.

1. Add a new customer by clicking on the “Add New Customer” command button on the Main Options form.

A blank Customer form will be displayed (see next page).

2. Enter a Customer Name. You may press the <tab> or <enter> key and the name will also be placed
in the Billing Name field. If the Billing Name is different, you may change it here.

3. Enter the Customer’s ABN. Note that ABN is not currently used by JSEAsy but is provided for
your reference.

4. Enter the Customer’s Email address.

5. Enter the Customer’s Street Address. Two lines are provided for the street address, if needed.
As you press the <tab> or <enter> key, the Street Address will also be placed in the Postal Address.
If the Postal Address is different, you may change it here.

6. Continue by entering the City (or Suburb), State and Post Code. These are also placed in the Postal
Address but may be changed here.

7. Enter contact details. This information will be shown in Jobs.

8. Click on the “Done” command button and the Customer details will be saved.
