SOP Form and Printed Report Relationship

SOPs (Safety Operating Procedures)

The SOP form that is displayed on the computer screen looks different from the printed SOP (report).
This is to accommodate all the different sections of an SOP that must fit on the form. The form window
is sized to be totally visible on most common computer display screens. It will not fit on small resolution
screens. The SOP form is landscape format that is suitable for computer display.

The printed SOP (report) is portrait format to fit on A4 size paper. Thus the position of different elements
of the SOP will be at somewhat different locations on the form and report.

The relationship between the different elements is shown graphically on the next page.
